Kento Francisco · Master of Self
Effective 25 September 2026 · Last updated 25 September 2026
This website and the Master of Self membership are operated by Kento Francisco ("we", "us", "our"), based in Hawaii, United States.
If you have a question about this policy, or about the information we hold on you, email us and we will answer.
This policy covers the personal information we collect when you:
It does not cover the separate platforms we use to run the business. Whop, Instagram, Google and others each handle your information under their own privacy policies, which are listed in section 6.
When you use the site we collect your IP address, the approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, the page that referred you, the pages you view, how long you spend on them, and which buttons and links you click. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics.
We also collect whether you opened or clicked an email we sent you. Open tracking is unreliable on many modern email clients, so we treat it as an estimate rather than a fact.
Our payment platform tells us when a payment succeeds, fails, renews, refunds or cancels, along with the name, email and plan attached to it. Our Instagram automation tool passes us the name and email address you give it. We use this to give you access to what you paid for, and to stop sending you sales emails once you have bought.
We do not ask for and do not want your government identification numbers, your financial account numbers, your health records, or any special category data such as your religion, ethnicity, political views or sexual orientation. Please do not put that kind of information into a worksheet, a community post, or an email to us.
If you give us your email address, we will send you the thing you asked for and then further emails about the ideas we teach and about Master of Self. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and unsubscribing takes effect straight away.
If you are a paying member we will still send you service emails about your access, your billing and the live calls, because those are part of what you bought. Those are not marketing, and they do not stop when you unsubscribe from marketing.
If you message us on Instagram, or reply to a keyword, an automation may reply and ask for your email address. Giving it is your choice, and Instagram's own privacy policy applies to the message itself.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with the services that make the business run, and only as far as each of them needs.
We may also share information with our accountant or professional advisers, with a payment provider or bank in relation to a dispute or chargeback, with law enforcement or a regulator where the law requires it, and with a buyer if the business is ever sold, in which case this policy continues to apply to the information transferred.
A note for California residents. Using advertising and analytics pixels can count as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising under the CCPA, even though no money changes hands. Section 10 explains how to opt out.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though blocking essential cookies will break the checkout. You can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and control ad personalisation in your Meta account settings.
We are based in the United States, and the services listed in section 6 are mostly based there too. If you are in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, or another region with data transfer rules, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required, these transfers rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard in the contracts those providers publish.
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
If you are in the UK or the EEA you also have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting what we did before you withdrew it, and the right to complain to your data protection authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office, at ico.org.uk.
If you are in California you also have the right to know what we collect and why, to delete it, to correct it, to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, and not to be treated differently for exercising any of those rights. To opt out of sharing for advertising, email us with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" and we will exclude you from our advertising audiences.
To exercise any right, email [email protected]. We will reply within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm you are who you say you are, usually by replying from the email address we hold.
Payments are handled entirely by Whop, and we never receive your card number. The services we use hold your information behind their own security controls, and access to our accounts is restricted and protected by strong passwords and two factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise a breach will never happen. If one does, and it puts you at risk, we will tell you and the relevant regulator as the law requires.
Master of Self is sold to adults. You must be 18 or over to buy a membership, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, email us and we will delete it.
Our pages, emails and community may link to sites we do not control. This policy does not cover them, and we are not responsible for what they do with your information.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will tell members by email. Continuing to use the site or the membership after a change means you accept the updated policy.
Questions, requests and complaints all go to the same place.
