Kento Francisco · Master of Self

Terms and Conditions

Effective 25 September 2026 · Last updated 25 September 2026

1. The agreement

These terms are a contract between you and Kento Francisco ("we", "us", "our"), based in Hawaii, United States. They apply when you use franciscokento.com, when you join our email list, and when you buy or hold a Master of Self membership.

By buying a membership, or by using the site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not buy and do not use the site.

2. Who can buy

You must be 18 or over and legally able to enter a contract. If you buy on behalf of someone else, you are responsible for the account and for these terms.

3. What Master of Self is

Master of Self is a monthly membership. It gives you:

  • 18 video modules across 3 phases, Power, Self Meaning and Self Mastery, available in full from the day you join,
  • a worksheet or tool with each module,
  • access to the private member community,
  • a weekly live group call,
  • a new framework or insight from Kento each week,
  • the bonus materials listed on the sales page at the time you join.

The programme is designed around a 90 day transformation window. The membership itself continues for as long as you keep paying, and is not limited to 90 days.

4. What Master of Self is not

This is education, not therapy and not mental health treatment. Nothing in the modules, the worksheets, the community or the live calls is psychological, medical, legal or financial advice, and none of it is a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Kento Francisco is not a therapist, a counsellor, a doctor or a licensed adviser.

If you are struggling with your mental health, please speak to a doctor or a qualified mental health professional. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency number. In the United States you can call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.

The material asks you to look honestly at your own life, which some people find uncomfortable. Take it at your own pace, and stop if it is not serving you.

5. Price and billing

  • The membership is $47 per month in US dollars, and it renews automatically every month until you cancel.
  • Payment is taken by Whop, our checkout and payment platform. When you check out you also enter a contract with Whop under their own terms, and their terms govern the payment itself.
  • Your first payment is taken when you join. Each renewal is taken on the same day each month, or on the nearest available day in a shorter month.
  • Founding members keep $47 a month for as long as the membership stays active and continuous. If you cancel and rejoin later, you pay whatever the price is then.
  • Prices are exclusive of any sales tax, VAT or GST, which is added at checkout where the law requires it.
  • If a payment fails, Whop may retry it. If it keeps failing, your access is suspended and then cancelled. You can restart by updating your card, subject to enrolment being open.

6. Enrolment windows

Enrolment opens and closes. When it is closed, new members cannot join, and we do not announce reopening dates in advance. Existing members are not affected by a closed period and keep their access and their price for as long as their membership runs without a break.

7. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, from your Whop account, or by emailing [email protected] and asking us to cancel for you.

  • Cancelling stops the next payment.
  • You keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for.
  • We do not refund part of a month, except under the guarantees in section 8.
  • Cancel before your renewal date. A cancellation made after a payment has been taken applies to the following month.

8. The guarantees

There are two, and they are separate.

The 7 day guaranteeIf you ask for a refund within 7 days of your first payment, you get that payment back in full, no questions asked. Email us and we will process it. Note that the downloadable worksheets and tools do not unlock until day 8, so this window covers the video modules and the community.
The 90 day guaranteeIf you complete the whole programme and it has not given you what you came for, we refund every payment you have made, in full.

To qualify for the 90 day guarantee you must, within 90 days of joining:

  • complete all 18 modules, and
  • submit every worksheet, and
  • email [email protected] asking for the refund, within 14 days of the end of the 90 days.

We check the completion records and the submitted worksheets. If the work is there, the refund is paid. If modules or worksheets are missing, the claim does not qualify, though the membership can still be cancelled as normal under section 7. The condition is the point of the guarantee: it is a promise that the programme works if you do it, not a promise that it works if you do not.

Outside those two windows, payments are not refundable. We do not refund months where you did not log in.

Chargebacks. If you have a problem, email us first. Raising a chargeback instead of contacting us may result in your access being removed while the dispute is open, and we will provide the platform with your access and completion records as evidence.

9. Your access

Your access is personal to you. It is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the material for your own development, for as long as your membership is active.

You may not:

  • share your login, or let anyone else use your account,
  • download, record, screenshot, copy or re-upload the videos,
  • share, sell, republish or give away the worksheets, tools or bonuses,
  • use the material to build or teach a competing course or coaching offer,
  • use the material or our content to train a machine learning or AI model.

If you break this section we may remove your access immediately and without a refund.

10. Who owns what

We own the modules, the scripts, the worksheets, the tools, the bonuses, the brand and everything on the site. Nothing you buy transfers ownership of any of it.

You own what you write. Your worksheet answers and your community posts are yours. You give us permission to store and process them so we can run the programme, support you, and assess a guarantee claim if you make one. We will not publish anything you wrote, or use it as a testimonial or in marketing, unless you give us permission separately and in writing.

11. The community and the live calls

The community and the calls only work if people can be honest in them. So:

  • Do not share anything another member has said outside the community.
  • Do not harass, abuse, threaten or discriminate against anyone.
  • Do not pitch, sell, spam or recruit members into anything.
  • Do not post anything unlawful, or anything that is not yours to post.
  • Do not record the live calls.

We can remove a post, mute a member, or end a membership for breaking these rules. In a serious case we do that immediately, and section 9 applies, meaning no refund.

Live calls run weekly. Times can change, and a call can occasionally be moved or cancelled, for instance for illness or a holiday. We announce changes in the community.

12. Changes to the programme

We improve the material as we go. Modules get rebuilt from member feedback, bonuses can be added, replaced or retired, and the community platform may change. What you are buying is access to the membership as it exists from month to month, not to one fixed set of files. We will not remove a core phase of the programme without telling members first.

13. Third party platforms

The membership runs on Whop, and the community and payments sit there. The site runs on HighLevel. If one of those platforms has an outage, we will do what we can, but we do not control them and are not liable for their downtime. Your use of each platform is also governed by its own terms.

14. No guarantee of results

We are confident in the programme, and we back it with the guarantees in section 8. What we cannot do is promise a specific outcome. What you get out of this depends on the work you put in, your circumstances, and factors that none of us control. Nothing on the site, in the emails, on the calls, or in the material is a promise of any particular result, income, career, relationship or state of mind.

Any experience shared by Kento or by another member is that person's experience, not a typical result and not a prediction of yours.

15. Availability

We aim to keep everything online and working, but we do not promise the site or the membership will be uninterrupted or error free. We may need to suspend access for maintenance, and we will keep that as short as we can.

16. Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent the law allows, the site and the membership are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they do not apply to you and you keep whatever rights your local law gives you.

17. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows:

  • we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost income, lost profits, lost opportunity, or loss of data,
  • our total liability to you, for any claim connected to the site or the membership, is capped at the total amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

18. Indemnity

You agree to cover our losses, including reasonable legal costs, arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the material, or anything unlawful you post in the community.

19. Ending the membership

You can end it at any time under section 7. We can end it if you break these terms, if you abuse other members or Kento, if your payment fails repeatedly, or if we retire the membership entirely. If we retire the membership, we will give members at least 30 days notice and will not take a further payment after that notice.

Sections 9, 10, 14, 16, 17, 18 and 21 survive the end of your membership.

20. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when. If a change materially affects members, we will email them before it takes effect. Continuing to use the site or the membership after that means you accept the updated terms. Price changes do not affect the founding member lock in section 5 while a membership runs without a break.

21. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute goes to the courts of Hawaii, and both of us agree to that jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, this clause does not remove your right to rely on the mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in, or to bring a claim there.

Before anything formal, email us. Most problems are solved in a day by writing to [email protected]. Both of us agree to try to resolve a dispute informally for 30 days before starting proceedings.

22. General

  • If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
  • Not enforcing a term once does not mean we waive it.
  • These terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us about the membership, and replace anything said beforehand.
  • You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours if the business is sold, and your rights are unaffected.
